About the Position:
As the ANZI Strategy Consultant you will be responsible for leading our most critical initiatives analysing market research data analysis and driving business strategy development alignment and governance across Caterpillar and its Dealer network.
While this position is based in Melbourne applicants from other locations within Australia will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Leading executing and governing projects/initiatives across ANZI which are directly aligned with and support the execution of our Services Growth strategy.
Driving Continuous Improvement across key business and operational measures using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodology.
Elevating Dealer Excellence with particular focus on Change Management Communication and Employee Engagement to transform Dealership performance and required capabilities.
Consulting advising and coaching dealer leadership through process-driven strategy development alignment and governance across multiple channels/ imperatives.
Develop source and analyse market research to identify opportunity areas across ANZI.
Identify and lead high-profile complex projects to drive strategy execution and sustainable change.
Influence & negotiate at senior stakeholder management at Caterpillar and dealer leadership level.
Develop executive and board level business cases to support change imperatives.
Support the annual regional strategy re-fresh process and ongoing governance.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate and/or minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
