Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance policies and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients insurance carriers and internal teams
- Review and analyze client insurance needs to provide tailored coverage options
- Handle policy renewals endorsements and claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with clients to ensure they understand their coverage and make recommendations for additional protection as needed
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations
- Keep abreast of industry changes and market trends to advise clients on best practices and coverage options
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant insurance industry experience required
- Strong understanding of insurance products coverage options and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
