Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating pathways to opportunity Join Goodwill Southern Rivers as a Business Engagement Manager and play a vital role in connecting employers and community partners to life-changing workforce services and programs.
What Youll Do:
As a Business Engagement Manager youll be the primary liaison between Goodwill and the business community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining partnerships with employers industry leaders and local organizations.
- Promote Goodwills workforce programs and services through strategic outreach and marketing.
- Leverage data and insights to drive engagement identify trends and measure program success.
- Working with internal teams to align employer needs with job seeker preparation and support.
- Represent Goodwill at events job fairs and networking functions.
