We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Red Bluff CA.
Pay: $24.93-$33.23/hour-based on experience shift differential
Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Maintenance Technicians primary job function consists of maintaining inspecting diagnosing and troubleshooting all types of industrial equipment. Actively participates in repair installation rebuilding and upgrading of systems. Possesses knowledge that allows a comprehensive and thorough understanding of process controls.

- Makes safety the number one priority by driving safety initiatives.
- Troubleshooting of mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Repairs mechanical failures.
- Replaces bearings pulling motors drives PLCs.
- Rebuilds pumps and changes mechanical seals.
- Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Welding experience with mig and arc welding machines.
- Basic experience with Automation and Robotics technologies.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- 3 years of progressive and related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must be safety-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Icing on the cake:
- Industrial Certification.
