Job Description
Duties: The Sr. Application Developer will work closely to integrate HTML5 CSS3 w/LESS CSS pre-processor JavaScript Bootstrap and Responsive Design with the companys eCommerce platform. Specific job duties of the Sr. Applications Developer involve the following software application development duties: Employee is allowed to telecommute from any location in the U.S
- Design develop and maintain the Magento Enterprise web platform with responsive themes.
- Customize and analyzed e-Commerce site data to support the SEO/SEM team.
- Develop cross-browser and device-compatible mobile sites.
- Integrate third-party APIs and Magento extensions to our web store using Magento2 platform and B2C & B2B e-Commerce website development.
- System integration using RESTful and SOAP APIs JSON and XML.
- Develop custom systems for company processes as well as sales and marketing projects.
- Analyze metrics to identify and resolve problems before they become issues.
- Perform unit and user acceptance testing.
- Develop Magento extensions as needed using HTML CSS3SS3 w/LESS CSS pre-processor JavaScript PHP.
- Manage site monitoring tool to monitor webpages using PHP MySQL and Ubuntu server.
- Used GIT as source code repositories and use GIT repositories for branching merging and tagging.
Required: Bachelors in Computer Engineering or closely related and & 24 months experience in software development. In lieu of primary requirements employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Engineering or closely related degree. Special Requirements: Must have demonstrated proficient knowledge of: HTML5 CSS3 w/LESS CSS pre-processor JavaScript Bootstrap RESTful SOAP API JSON XML PHP MySQL and GIT. Employer will accept Special Requirements gained through employment experience and/or academic coursework. Employee is allowed to telecommute from any location in the U.S
Work Location: This position is located at Scosche Industries Inc. 1550 Pacific Ave. Oxnard CA 93033. Employee may telecommute from any location in the U.S.
Salary Range: $118893 to $118893
