Client Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Lead client meetings presenting insights and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Create forecasting models and assess Return on Investment (ROI) for client initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations regulations and market trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support compliance and continuous improvement.
- Apply a structured process-driven approach to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Guide client expectations ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering productive partnerships.
- Utilise MS Office tools proficiently for reporting analysis and presentations.
Desirable Experience:
- Expertise in general list product-led market launches particularly within pharmaceutical sectors.
