Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Tonbridge Area
Salary: c.45000 70000 depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
PQE Level: 2 years to Senior Associate
The Opportunity
We are working exclusively with a long-established and respected law firm with offices across Kent. As the firm continues to grow they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2 years PQE (up to Senior Associate level) who is looking for a broad and high-quality workload career progression and a genuinely supportive team environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant work
Secured lending
Development projects
Youll be advising a diverse client base that includes developers investors and SMEs working alongside experienced and approachable colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of commercial property transactions
Provide clear commercially-focused advice to clients
Support senior team members on complex matters
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
About You
2 years PQE in commercial property
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Clear communicator with a proactive client-first approach
Keen to contribute to the growth and success of the team
