Job Description

Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Systems Technician at Johnson Electric!

Location:Mississauga ON Canada (onsite)

As our nextManufacturing Systems Technician youll be at the forefront of maintaining refurbishing and repairing all production equipment and facilities. Your expertise in mechanical assembly electrical hydraulic pneumatic and controls installation will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of whats possible.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.
  • Work with other team members to implement new or modified production machines.
  • Ensure operational quality and efficiency targets are maintained.
  • Maintain Quality Operating Systems with respect to equipment maintenance as per ISO/IATF 16949 Standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For:

  • A skilled trade certificate and/or relevant industrial experience.
  • Hands-on technical skills in Mechanical Assembly Machine Repair Electrical Systems Hydraulic Systems Pneumatic systems PLC and CNC based control and logic systems welding and basic manual machining skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on QS9000 Operating Systems.
  • Excellent communication negotiating conflict management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
