- Located in Margaret River
- Casual position available with a mix of morning afternoon and night duty shifts.

About the role:
This position is based at our 46-bed facility where youll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care to residents. Youll play a key role in supporting residents physical and emotional wellbeing helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.
Your responsibilities will include promoting independence coordinating with staff and nursing teams and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care mobility meals household duties and leisure activities.

About you:
You are someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and can engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs. You thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture. With strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal youre able to build respectful relationships with residents families and colleagues.
Ideally you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) or you are working towards itor willing to obtain it.
