Your Role as an OT
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve functional independence and quality of life
- Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Deliver care across the continuum: SNF outpatient and long-term care
- Mentor OTAs and supervise students in alignment with PCSCs clinical education standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
What You Bring
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current SC OT licensure (or eligibility)
- SNF or senior living experience preferred but not required
- Passion for service teamwork and lifelong learning
