Your Role as an OT
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve functional independence and quality of life
- Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Deliver care across the continuum: SNF outpatient and long-term care
- Mentor OTAs and supervise students in alignment with PCSCs clinical education standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
What You Bring
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current SC OT licensure (or eligibility)
- SNF or senior living experience preferred but not required
- Passion for service teamwork and lifelong learning

Minimum Education Experience and Skills
Education:
- Postgraduate Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of South Carolina.
- Active certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Experience:
- New graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered based on alignment with PCSCs mission and mentoring culture.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience in a senior living community or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents families and team members.
- Proficient in time management critical thinking and practical problem-solving.
- Comfortable with technology and documentation platforms such as Net Health Rehab Optima PointClickCare and Microsoft Office.
