Key Responsibilities
As a Trial Activation Contract Specialist I you will:
- Coordinate and manage trial activation activities ensuring all tasks are completed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strictly adhere to timelines and protocols.
- Determine and manage the requirements for trial activation.
- Successfully implement contract terms and monitor compliance.
- Provide outstanding administrative support to the activation team.
- Monitor and report on the progress of trial activation projects.
Required Qualifications
To compete for this role you must have:
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably within a clinical trial or scientific setting.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a clinical trial activation role.
- Familiarity with contract management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
