Job Description
The School of Interdisciplinary Forensics (SIF) in the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University is seeking two full-time benefits-eligible non-tenure track Instructors in anthropology biology chemistry criminalistics statistics computer science and/or other related fieldsto teach courses in our Forensic Sciences programs (Forensic Science BS; Forensic Science (Death Investigations) BS; Computational Forensics BS). The successful candidates will be required to teach up to 10-15 courses per year (5-5 per semester with summer teaching available.) for undergraduate or graduate students. This position may teach in-person online or a hybrid schedule. Instructors are pedagogical specialists who bear the primary responsibility for their assigned courses. The school has strengths in thepsychological sciences(social clinical developmental psychology and psychology and law) natural sciences(anthropology biology chemistry entomology and genetics)andinformation technology(cybersecurity digital forensics). We integrate multiple disciplines providing students with a comprehensive understanding of sciences role in the legal system.
