Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Transporting costuming garments shoes/feet fabrics tools fixtures boxes and accessories to/from park venue/greenroom locations Entertainment warehouse Costume Fabrication and Make-up labs. Pick up of repairs and at the end of the day. Other duties include presetting supplies and assisting Makeup artists with makeup prosthetic mask applications retrieval.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides transportation in a timely manner of costumes/ Make up supplies- masks and wigs by driving a golf cart mini-van cargo van or box truck in any traffic situation to park/venues/ greenrooms/dressing/ Make up zone locations. Other runs may include delivery/pickup to/from Fabrication the Entertainment warehouse and other locations as assigned.
  • Responsible for carrying large costume pieces mask wigs bins boxes supplies airbrush make up along with all make up zones and venue supplies. Cut and distribute to zones proper airbrush make-up needs.
  • Maintain collect and restock documentation for daily tasks supply list purchasing list zone/venue concerns DSRs and vehicle maintenance including keeping track of fuel
  • Assist costuming with laundry and or Costume runs for various characters in various locations. Assist with multiple costumes on hangers or in garment bags pushing and navigating costume racks bins and boxed costumes according to safety guidelines.
  • Interact with Make-up/ Costuming management Coordinators Leads and makeup technicians/costuming team members to ensure needs are met.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High school degree or GED.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 Years: Working with the public.
  • Previous experience handling makeup/prosthetics preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid drivers license.
  • Clean driving record.
