JOB SUMMARYResponsible for assessment planning implementation and evaluation of ostomy care for patients; functions as a consultant for patients with draining wounds fistulas pressure sores skin problems and incontinence; develop nursing staff skills in ostomy; wound and skin care for optimal patient care. Responsible for coordinating a comprehensive program for the nursing care education and rehabilitation of patients requiring wound ostomy and incontinence care.
