Full-Time Private Luxury Apartment High Compensation Long-Term Role
We are seekingtwo outstanding female caregiversto join a dedicated care team for a 62-year-old woman recovering from a hemorrhagic stroke. She resides in apeaceful luxury apartmentin Englewood CO. This is an exclusive long-term opportunity for caregivers who are not only clinically skilled but genuinelykind warm and invested in their clients well-being.
We are looking for the right people so we are flexible in structure and are open to:
- Alive-in caregiver(56 days/week with scheduled time off)
or
- Arotating schedule(one week on / one week off)
This is a rare chance to provide one-on-one relationship-based care in a calm supportive environment with no caseload or facility chaos.
What Makes This Role Unique
- One-on-one focus
- Private high-end apartment with caregiver suite (private bedroom and bathroom)
- Groceries meals parking and utilitiesprovided
- $40-45k compensation based on experience and care model
- 15-month commitment preferred
- Support from a localhome care agency for morning care
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuresafety and oversightfor a client with partial paralysis and cognitive impairment
- Assist withtoileting and brief changesthroughout the day
- Providetransfers(wheelchair to bed couch toilet)
- Help withdaily hygiene light meal prep and medication reminders
- Support thenighttime routine including hygiene and splint/pillow placement
- Monitor overnight with ababy monitor(client sleeps through the night with rare assistance needed)
- Escort to Craig Hospital appointments(walking distance or via accessible van)
- Support the clients emotional well-being withpatience structure and warmth
- Assist with care of afriendly cat
Were Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Highly competentin personal care incontinence support and transfers
- Warm patient and emotionally steady
- Experience withstroke recovery memory impairment or similar conditions
- Comfortable living on-site and working independently
- Okay with cats client has 1 cat
- Non-smoker
- Reliable trustworthy and willing to commit long-term
- CNA MA or therapy/rehab background preferred but not required
