We are looking for an Engineer IV who can manage complex projects and coordinate activities within their discipline contributing to the continuous improvement of processes. You will play a crucial role in optimizing technical workflows and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical requirements and assess risks and opportunities for products and processes.
- Develop basic and detailed engineering packages including drawings calculations and technical purchasing specifications.
- Verify and review technical documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal regulations.
- Revise and adjust documentation based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Provide technical support to project teams and clients during solution implementation.
- Coordinate sub-projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve established objectives.
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose innovative solutions for optimization and cost reduction.
- Document activities and prepare periodic reports on project progress.
- Adhere to safety regulations and actively participate in training sessions for risk prevention and workplace safety.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Automation or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in engineering with at least 2 years in sub-project coordination.
- Advanced expertise in one technical discipline and a solid understanding of related disciplines.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using technical design software (e.g. AutoCAD advanced Eplan advanced MS Project).
- Excellent analytical decision-making and technical documentation management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
