Responsibilities:
- Customer service: Answering phone calls responding to emails and texts and updating price lists.
- Sales support : Providing data and reports to the sales team and keeping track of sales targets
- After Sales Services : Providing clients with all necessary data and documents and coordinating with them for smooth delivery.
- Sales support management: Helping sales representatives focus on building relationships with clients and closing deals.
- Marketing: Developing a go to market strategy for new markets and executing those plans to develop new clients.
- Research & Development : Helping the sales team with market research and developing reports to help the sales team in determining the growth prospects in untapped markets.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in handling Sales or Sales Support or handling Clients
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and cater to the needs of clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
