This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager or an aspiring Senior Lettings Negotiator to step up into a managerial role in a company that prides itself on a dynamic modern approach and excellent customer service.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage and drive the lettings team
- Win business opportunities secure listings and conduct valuations
- Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Support the branch manager with day-to-day lettings operations
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ensure all lettings processes and compliance are adhered to
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Extensive experience in residential lettings
- Ability to manage and drive a team
- ARLA qualification (a distinct advantage)
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Aptitude for valuations and winning listings
- Self-motivated articulate and ambitious
- Local knowledge of Surbiton area (desirable)
- Full driving licence
