AXA Headquarters brings together the groups corporate activities and oversees global entities ensuring strategic coordination and compliance with standards as well as consistency in commercial approaches.

WithinGroup Communications Brand and Sustainability you will join the Media Relations Reputation and Shareholders Communication team as Media Relations and Reputation Officer.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Media Relations

  • Active participation to the preparation of key Group announcements (financial results strategic announcements etc.) and events intended for the press (press conferences etc.).
  • Contribution to the production of documents such as press releases key messages benchmarks press reviews Q&A briefings prior to interviews etc.
  • Monitoring incoming press requests and maintaining a dashboard with all press interviews and tracking key indicators.

Reputation Management

  • Support in monitoring AXA digital presence on social media and online media analyzing information and producing content for reputation risk management (memos key messages positions etc.).
  • Participation in the coordination of the international network of reputation risk managers (140 members across more than 40 entities): responding to requests soliciting feedback contributing to reporting campaigns writing content for the weekly newsletter etc.
  • Contribution to the design and writing of the annual reputation report.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Possesses a very good level of communication both in writing and orally.
  • Has a very good level of French and English both in writing and orally.
  • Demonstrates good analytical and synthesis skills combined with great rigor and attention to detail.
  • Possesses a good knowledge and genuine interest in the French and Anglo-Saxon media environment and a strong interest for web environment and social media.
