In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager you will join the Business Banking Team in the Eastern Ranges thats doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking clients and referral partners
- Uncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating growing and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts
- Maintain and enhance your portfolios credit risk profile while maximising profitability
- Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio
- Assume responsibility for profit & loss statements overseeing revenue lending balances and deposit expansion
