Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

Strykers Sports Medicine business is dedicated to advancing minimally invasive and open surgical solutions for the shoulder knee hip and small joints. As a (Sr) Project Manager you will oversee the lifecycle of advanced pre-operative planning tools that leverage patient-specific interactive 3D anatomical modeling to support clinical decision-making. These tools are integral to restoring mobility and improving patient outcomes reflected in our motto of motion regained life renewed.


What you will do:

  • You will drive cross-functional projects and initiatives focused on the enhancement and sustainment of a regulated medical software platform. You will lead the integration of new features and product iterations aligned with the clinical needs of our customers and regulatory standards.

  • You will manage project scope timelines budgets resource allocation and risks to meet design/change control requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

  • You will lead projects of varying size/scale and complexity with strategic focus on the most efficient path to completion. During the course of project you will identify opportunities and seek out creative solutions that may be implemented systemically.

  • You will promote a culture of project management and accountability across the multidisciplinary team. You will engage team members and set directions in a way that delivers results and inspires others.

  • You will develop and present comprehensive business cases and project roadmaps to the Senior Leadership Team for evaluation and approval.


What you will need:

Required:

  • You have an advanced degree in (biomedical) engineering computer science natural sciences or in an equivalent field of study.

  • You have experience of managing projects as a Project Manager in a regulated environment with proven success.

  • You have a strong interest in technical topics and a desire to continuously expand knowledge in relevant areas.

  • You enjoy managing motivating and inspiring cross-functional project teams.

  • Your great communication skills in English enable you to interact easily in an innovative international and intercultural environment.

Preferred:

  • To stand out you have experience in managing software projects or in software development.

  • Knowledge of medical device quality systems risk management and design controls.
