Job Description
Walton Communities Maintenance Internship Bridge is for juniors in the class of 2026. The program begins with an 8-week full-time assignment at 40 hours per week over the summer then develops into a work-based learning opportunity flexible with their school schedule during their senior year (August 2025 May 2026). This Internship Bridge program allows young talent to begin on-site engage in hands-on learning and join our Team upon high school graduation. Interns will gain practical experience showcase their skills and demonstrate their potential.
- High School Junior Class of 2026.
- Must be currently enrolled in work-based learning program.
- Ability to work in heat/cold.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for work and transportation.
