About the role:

As a Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer specializing in decentralized technologies you will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining a scalable multi-component platform. You will collaborate closely with global peers across product infrastructure architecture and both frontend and backend teams to build innovative high-performance systems that leverage decentralized technology and asymmetric cryptography. Your expertise in cloud computing microservices and performance optimization will be essential in shaping technical decisions. Additionally your passion for mentoring and fostering collaboration will help guide the team in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large projects.

• Have excellenttechnical documentation skills(C4 Model Architectural Decision Records)
• Are proficient inJavaScript TypeScript and React with familiarity in other languages likeC# C GoLangorRust
• Havecloud computingandnative environments expertise(AWS serverless preferred)
• Understanddesign patternsand have a proven track record of leadingcloud-based microservices design and deployment
• Are hands-on withREST APIsand applyTest Driven Development (TDD)effectively
• Care aboutprivacy by designsecurityhigh-performance systems and enjoymentoringothers
• Communicate clearly and valueinclusionvisibility andcollaboration
