You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOmtera is a fast-growing consultancy and technology solutions partner for industry leaders such as Asana Miro Mixpanel and Snowflake. We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our Asana and Miro business.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both consulting services and subscription sales engaging with enterprise and mid-market clients across sectors like project management ITSM and digital transformation.
Own and exceed revenue targets for Omteras Asana and Miro offerings across assigned territories
Identify engage and close opportunities for both license sales and consulting implementation services
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting discovery solutioning negotiation and closing
Lead account strategies and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell motions
Collaborate closely with the partnerships technical consulting and marketing teams
Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and business/IT decision-makers
Report sales performance and pipeline status regularly to leadership
Represent Omtera in regional events workshops and partner co-selling initiatives
3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience ideally in work management project collaboration or ITSM solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (license services)
Experience selling both subscriptions and consulting/professional services
Strong understanding of digital workflows PMO structures and transformation initiatives
Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus depending on market
