Job Title: Dynamics CRM with C# DotNet (Dynamics CRM / Power Platform)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in electronic data processing systems C#.NET Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Apps and cloud migrations. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of hands-on technical expertise leadership skills and a deep understanding of modern cloud technologies and data security practices especially within healthcare environments.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the study design and programming of electronic data processing systems with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in C#.NET and a Bachelors degree in Information Technology (or related field).
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience migrating on-premises systems to the cloud using industry best practices.
Desirable Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience implementing data protection and security best practices with an understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- 3 years of experience with integration toolsets and APIs.
- 5 years of experience in one or both of the following:
- Leading technical teams in the development of application solutions.
- Coaching and training peers or clients on cloud solutions and maintaining legacy on-premises frameworks.
- 2 years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of C#.NET-based applications and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Oversee and participate in migrations from on-premises to cloud environments ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure DevOps security and business stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior developers and team members.
- Integrate systems and data sources using APIs and established integration frameworks.
- Maintain and support applications involving sensitive healthcare data with a strong emphasis on PHI compliance.
- Stay current with emerging trends in cloud technologies and Microsoft ecosystems.
Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus):
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
