Job Description
Manage incoming and outgoing communications for the Department
Maintain files enter time payroll and PTO and perform word processing and data entry
Prepare and enter purchase orders for materials and supplies create receipts code invoices and track backorders
Assist Meter Measurement administration functions: purchases scheduling meter changes Maximo reports BPU reporting and meter maintenance functions
Gate Stations permitting utility billing and outside services coordination (i.e. landscape maintenance security maintenance)
Coordinating regulatory and emergency response training
Equipment calibration coordination and reports tracking
Top Three Skills:
1. Offcie abilities - google maps google earth workday maximo
2. Trained on computer skills
3. Timesystem - creating requisitions basic excel. Union employees time sick time or out or in Able to take notes
Full Time
