Title: PMO/Coordinator Support
Location: Waukesha WI Hybrid
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Requirements : 1 Senior PMO(15 years) and 2 Junior PMOs
PMO/Coordinator Role
- Experienced Project Management professionals with expertise in direct sourcing and procurement - supply chain management for product components preferably healthcare devices
- Proficient in English Language
- Proven track record in establishing and leading Project Management Offices (PMOs) for large-scale procurement or direct sourcing initiatives preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise in managing complex multi-phase projects with a minimum of 5 years of PMO leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to fully own and manage the PMO process ensuring seamless coordination governance and execution across all project phases.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Smartsheet or equivalent) to track progress manage risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong background in change management to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes.
