Telecom Analyst 3

Key Responsibilities:
Manage wireline circuit orders and maintain carrier relationships
Manage Wireless device carriers support and associated invoicing
Utilize Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system to process ServiceNow orders
Collaborate with TEM provider to manage orders and set priorities
Support projects by providing cost effective connection options and identifying cost-effective telecom and telemetry options
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 5 years experience in a Telecom team specifically in Carrier Orders or Carrier provisioning roles
Strong understanding of telecommunications technology/solutions particularly in leased circuit technology and wireless IoT connections
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain stakeholder relationships
Experience in circuit vendor management and circuit/voice provisioning
Good communication skills and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 7 years of related work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerBI
Experience with Tangoe/Rivermine or other Telecom Expense Management software
Background in Carrier plan optimizations
