Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery & Operations Manager to lead the enterprise applications and infrastructure operations team. This role supports critical IT functions across a global manufacturing business and is ideal for a technology leader with hands-on expertise in enterprise systems vendor management and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will collaborate across business units ensure IT control compliance and drive operational excellence in a 24/7 environment.
ResponsibilitiesLead IT and Business Analysts to deliver application support and enhancements.
Manage DBA and Network Administrator teams to maintain system availability.
Oversee third-party managed services vendors for application and infrastructure services.
Provide architectural and development leadership to application and software engineering teams.
Manage and enforce SLAs with internal and external service providers.
Report on critical system metrics and coordinate with application owners.
Ensure IT controls meet compliance and internal control requirements.
Drive standardization and rollout of enterprise solutions across all locations.
Support internal audit self-assessments and risk evaluations.
RequirementsBachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5 years experience in IT Operations Management.
Hands-on experience with enterprise application delivery and infrastructure support.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
5 years in IT Operations leadership within a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
ERP and CPQ system support experience.
Expertise managing AMS agreements and IT vendor relationships.
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Experience in cloud infrastructure (OCI Azure etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps models and cloud-native platforms.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
