• Full-time Monday Friday schedule (8:30 AM 5:00 PM).

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Board certification in Nephrology.

• Active unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration.

• Proven clinical experience across multiple care settings (inpatient outpatient dialysis).

• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred: Experience with value-based care models quality improvement initiatives and population health management.
