Job Description

Process Engineer at Orlando FL/ Winchester Kentucky Onsite.

Our client a
leading global manufacturing company is seeking a Process Engineer to join its team at the Winchester KY/Orlando Florida facility. Reporting directly to the
Plant Manager this critical role will focus on identifying and implementing process improvements that drive productivity enhance quality and increase overall plant efficiency.
Lead the development and execution of manufacturing control strategies to optimize plant performance
Apply
Six Sigma TQMand other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce scrap and boost through put
Conduct in-depth process audits generate improvement plans and manage implementation from concept to completion
Develop and oversee capital project proposals including cost analysis and project execution
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve process-related challenges and improve operational reliability
Bachelors degree in
Engineering Science or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment Injection molding and plastics industry experience is required
Experience with capital project management
Strong communication analytical and troubleshooting skills
Business-oriented mindset with a practical approach to technical problem-solving
