Job Description
Quality Engineer at Ogden Utah only locals.
Mandatory Skills: as PFMEA process capability analysis and Six Sigma AS9100manufacturing processes such as machining casting forging.
10 15 years of experience in flight control systems (actuator rudder actuator etc)
Proven experience in process improvement root cause analysis and problem-solving using quality tools such as PFMEA process capability analysis and Six SigmaAbility to interpret blueprints specifications and work instructions; hands-on expertise in various measurement methods and tools
Strong in quality standards AS9100
Maintain accurate records and reporting for supplier issues audits and risk mitigation plans
Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining casting forging and special processes (e.g. heat treatment NDT)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems; experience with Solumina.
Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or related field
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ASQ certification
