Job Description
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Malvern PA (Hybrid Day 1 Onsite Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time W2 Only (No C2C)
Visa Status: OPT H4EAD Green Card or US Citizen
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights using modern tools. This hybrid position requires onsite availability from Day 1 in Malvern PA.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret large datasets using SQL and Python

Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau

Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and product goals

Present findings and recommendations to non-technical business users

Identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications:
-
5 10 years of experience in a data analysis or BI role
-
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting

Strong experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Product ownership understanding is a strong plus
