Job Description
Role :- Software Asset Management Technical Consultant(Developer)
Location :- Seattle WA(Onsite)
Job Description:
Experience: 8-10 YEARS of experience working on Software Asset Management products like ServiceNow SAM SNOW Software etc.
Required Skills:
- In depth knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro module and its data structure and should be ServiceNow SAM Pro CIS certified.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITSM module
- In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of one or more major vendors licensing such as Microsoft IBM Oracle SAP
- Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions like ADDM Bigfix SCCM ServiceNow etc.
- Working knowledge of Hardware Asset Management CMDB Service Request Management applications and their features.
- Good Presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft Adobe Oracle etc.
- Plan for renewals renewal recommendations.
- Harvesting & Optimization etc.
- Day to Day SAM operation work
- Resource building and Resource planning
- Training and Mentoring of the team.
- Escalation handling.
