Job Description
Role Aternity Developer
Location San Antonio TX
Looking for an experienced Aternity Developer with 4 6 years of hands-on experience in end-user experience monitoring using the Aternity platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Aternitys architecture be proficient in working with Aternity APIs and capable of building solutions that improve digital experience management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement custom integrations using Aternity APIs to extract transform and present monitoring data.
Maintain and enhance existing Aternity dashboards reports and workflows to support business needs.
Analyze end-user experience data to identify trends anomalies and optimization opportunities.
Work closely with IT operations application teams and business units to understand monitoring requirements and provide Aternity-based solutions.
Provide technical expertise in Aternity deployment configuration and data modeling.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Aternity agents data collection and API usage.
Requirements:
4 6 years of experience in IT monitoring or application performance management with 2 years in Aternity.
Strong understanding of Aternity platform architecture data models and use cases.
Hands-on experience with Aternity REST APIs and integration into custom or third-party tools.
Proficiency in scripting (Python PowerShell or equivalent) to support automation and integration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with dashboard monitoring tools (e.g. Tableau)
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow).
Familiarity with DBT Snowflake
