Job Description
This is a remote position.
A nationally recognized law firm is expanding its Warranty Litigation Team and seeking two experienced attorneys to join a team defending automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
This is a fully remote opportunity but candidates must reside in California and hold an active California bar license. No prior warranty experience is required training is provided for attorneys with strong litigation backgrounds.
Ideal candidates will have:
Trial and arbitration preparation experience
Courtroom experience including motion practice depositions and mediations
Excellent research writing and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials and attention to detail
A collaborative team-oriented mindset
Compensation ranges:
Associate (2 years of experience): $150000 $165000
- Mid-to-Senior Attorney (5 years of experience): $170000 $200000
Both roles include annual discretionary bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package (health dental vision 401k PTO disability insurance and transit/parking stipend).
