Job Description
Take ownership of a thriving portfolio of pharmacy relationships in this dynamic customer success role. You ll be the primary point of contact for hundreds of established pharmacy accounts managing everything from stock level optimization to relationship building with key decision makers. Working directly with the business owners you ll leverage our advanced CRM system to maintain and grow these valuable partnerships. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship management and sales where your success directly impacts the availability of important medical devices to Australian consumers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound calls to pharmacy partners maintaining relationships with both retail managers and pharmacists
- Manage stock levels and proactively identify reorder opportunities across your portfolio
- Process orders and handle special promotional campaigns through our integrated CRM system
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate contact records
- Gather and report valuable market insights and customer feedback
- Navigate complex pharmacy environments and build relationships with key decision makers
- Execute targeted follow-up strategies including calls emails and promotional offers
- Monitor customer satisfaction and product performance across your portfolio
- Maintain detailed records of stock levels and buying patterns
- Assist with account maintenance and payment collection when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in professional telephone sales or customer success roles
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to navigate complex business environments
- Experience working with healthcare professionals or pharmacies preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Odoo) and comfortable with technology
- Excellent documentation and follow-up skills
- Professional phone manner and confident communication style
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
- Experience in maintaining long-term business relationships
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Australian business hours availability required
