The Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Optimal Sourcing Systems organization. This organization is responsible sourcing inventory and managing Vendors performance looking for opportunities to drive better supply and economic benefits. You will work directly with a global team of operations research scientists economists machine learning specialists software developers and product managers who lead the industry in the development of innovative algorithms and optimization strategies to maximize long term profitability.

Key job responsibilities - Collecting analyzing and managing quantitative data to create meaningful reports to lead business improvement and cost reductions - Manage the development of weekly and monthly financial metrics all planning forecasting and reporting models and their continuous innovation and communicating to your Operations and Retail partners - Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data to drive actions and improvements - Conduct ad hoc analysis to quantify financial impact of opportunities and risks - Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate automated and timely - Communicating verbally and in writing to business customers and leadership team with various levels of technical knowledge educating them about our systems as well as sharing insights and recommendations
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting business economics or a related analytical field (e.g. engineering math computer science) - 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA or CPA - Knowledge of Tableau - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL MS Access Essbase Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle SAP Lawson JD Edwards)
