Interim Production Manager is responsible for multiple shifts and achieving client metrics in productivity quality and safety. Experience in the automotive Tier 1 industry is highly desirable but not required. Experience in LEAN/5S principles is required. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with demanding client contact daily. Responsible for supervising Shift Supervisors Recruiters and Operations Managers which includes overall indirect responsibility for the payroll associate recruitment/retention and client reporting functions. Support of strategic projects including some administrative tasks may be required periodically to further develop the client partnership.
Assignment Length: 30 - 60 days with the potential to be extended.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm occasional Saturday flexibility is needed. After training the schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

Salary Range:$30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience and geographic location.
