Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach this town played an iconic role in the emergence of Californias surf culture and today is celebrated for its laid-back vibe and fun active lifestyle.
The resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms 115000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 8 food and Beverage outlets.This includes 4 restaurants a beach club lounge marketplace and IRD.

Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge of the city particularly tourist attractions.
Most work tasks are performed outdoors.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
Must be able to bend stoop squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
Requires grasping writing standing sitting walking repetitive motions bending climbing listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests supervisors and other employees.
Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
Welcome and assist guests in tram areas.
Assist with any guests requests or needs in regards to transportation around the property.
Operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report status of service.
Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive clear speaking voice. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours other hotel services directions to local attractions or function rooms car rentals air line shuttle service etc.
Maintain cleanliness behind the greeter stand.
Perform other duties as requested such as executing special guest requests.
Be totally familiar with and inform guests of hotel facilities hours of operation and special promotions.
