Job Description
Salary Range: $25-32/hr
Job Type: Part-Time

About Us: Westbound & Down is a brewing company dedicated to adventure. We got our start when some good friends made a pact to share their pursuit of better food and drink with the world. Today were a family-run business with deep Colorado roots that aims to infuse the spirit of the West in every keg bottle meal and moment. Brewing beer is an art. Each element leads to the unique and layered taste of our beers. We pride ourselves in making great beer and keeping the process and overall experience approachable. Westbound & Down Brewing Company is made of a dynamic team working to provide our community with exceptional service unique elevated fare and distinct sophisticated beers.
Westbound & Down Mill is our new brewpub in Lafayette CO. We are looking for 2-3 individuals that are passionate about great craft beer amazing food excellent guest service and being a team player. All FOH staff will be trained and expected to perform all FOH duties and positions. Must be able to work Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every guest experience is special and catered to them
- Provide guests with beer information history and be able to answer their questions about our brand
- Proficient in cash handling
- Familiar with Point of sales systems
- Able to be on your feet for 5-8 hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Great customer service
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Communicate effectively with management in regards to any issues and scheduling
