Job Description
Were looking for a bartender to join our energetic team at our rooftop bar! In this role youll work in a busy fast-paced venue curating amazing cocktails and providing a standout experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and flair.
- Engage with guests in a warm confident and attentive manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set up and pack down the bar each shift ensuring cleanliness organisation and stock readiness.
- Assist with stock rotation inventory and reporting low stock or supply needs.
- Support special events and activations hosted at Mid Air contributing ideas and energy.
- Stay current with bar trends seasonal offerings and signature cocktails.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits wine cocktails and bar techniques.
- Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and service excellence.
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays
