Project Manager Sacramento
SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is looking for a Project Manager Sacramento.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Valid drivers license
Due to the nature of federal and government contracts candidate must be able to pass a background check including drug screening prior to hire.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Field Technicians to prepare the home (job site) for Envelope services to be performed
Prep includes but isnt limited to taping around operable windows doors air vents light cut outs etc.
Assist in unloading and loading equipment required for each job site
Become trained and certified with Envelope computer and system to independently perform seals on homes.
Must pass Drivers License and background check as role requires driving the company vehicle to each job
Complete daily Equipment Check and Vehicle Inspection forms
Participate in training/retraining programs as necessary
Comply with all designated safety policies and procedures in the work area including the use of applicable protective equipment when necessary to prevent injury
Understand and comply with applicable federal state and local laws and company policies
All safety guidelines must be strictly followed at all times
Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Professionally represent Envelope and provide exceptional service to all clients vendors and business partners

Reports to Branch Manager
The estimated pay range for this role is $50000-60000. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the successful candidates experience skills knowledge and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
