Were currently seeking a talented and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve as Rehab Directora unique opportunity for a motivated PTA with leadership experience who is passionate about both patient clinical and operational outcomes and team development.As the PTA Rehab Director youll lead therapy services support team members and help shape a resident-centered rehab program in a collaborative therapist-owned environment that values clinical excellence and compassionate care.

PTA Rehab Director Responsibilities:
Lead the rehab department with a focus on quality efficiency and resident-centered care
Supervise and collaborate with PTs OTs COTAs and SLPs
Manage day-to-day rehab operations including scheduling and staffing
Provide direct care services in accordance with individualized treatment plans
Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and respect
Serve as a liaison to facility leadership and ensure integration of rehab services
What Were Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Wisconsin
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical interpersonal and organizational skills
Passion for serving seniors and leading others with integrity
Ability to balance clinical care with administrative duties
Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least 1 year clinical working experience
