Job Description
Join our team at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsas Route 66 Diner as a Bar Hop and bring smiles to every guest you serve. In this dynamic role youll greet guests take food and dessert orders prepare specialty ice cream treats like sundaes and milkshakes process payments and maintain a welcoming and spotless work area. Responsibilities
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and take food and dessert orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve ice cream-based desserts such as sundaes shakes and malts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area menus and utensils.
- Accurately process guest payments and perform financial transactions.
- Uphold a safe sanitary and friendly environment for all guests.
- Promote and embody the Big Six values: Fun Friendly Quick Comfortable Clean and Safe.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
