As an Outpatient Therapist you will provide:
- Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
- Service Plans: Develop individualized written service plans to address clients specific needs and goals.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
- Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments including those for behavioral substance abuse and economic self-sufficiency issues.
- Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g. LPC LCSW LMFT or Resident in Counseling).
- Education: Masters degree in Counseling Social Work Psychology or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
