About the role:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager Supplies and Parts theSupplies Account Management Specialistis responsible for driving revenue growth by selling or renewing industry-leading products systems and services through phone and digital channels. Youll manage a defined territory industry segment or set of accountsgenerating and qualifying leads and nurturing prospects via multichannel sales activities. Whether its inbound inquiries or proactive outreach your focus will be on building strong customer relationships and delivering results. We will rely on you to strengthen incremental sales revenue growth and opportunity creation with new and existing customers.
This is ahybrid rolebased in ourWood Dale ILoffice (3 days per week flexibility in which days) and is part of theNorth America Commercial Organization.
In this role a typical day will look like:
Drive incremental revenue growth by nurturing long-lead-time projects with new and existing customers through strategic and phone-based engagementno cold calling required!
Leverage value-selling techniques to effectively communicate Videojets technology-specific value propositions aligning with customer needs and delivering compelling consultative engagement
Manage pricing strategies and deliver tailored insights to support account growth and retention
Generate incremental revenue by building and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities within the existing customer base
Contribute to North Americas quarterly sales goals through proactive sales calls that generate additional revenue opportunities
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
12 years of sales and/or new business development experience
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably ) and MS Office applications
Strategic thinker with a strong focus on quality performance and communicationeffectively educating customers across all technologies
Demonstrated ability to leverage persuasive communication to navigate objections and unlock growth potential

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $26.00 - $27.00 USD per job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
