Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists a division of Sentara Health is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the team in Harrisonburg Virginia at Sentara RMH Medical Center. Sentara RMH is a 238-bed non-profit community hospital delivering advanced medical care to a seven-county service area with a population close to 225000.

* $520000 Annual Shift-based Compensation - with lucrative additional earning potential.
* $75000 Sign on/Commencement Bonus

* 1:15 first call with post-call days always off.
* Hybrid model with 1:3 supervision and own cases
* Daily Board Runner to manage operations scheduling and OB.
