Salary/Pay Range: $83577 - $119396 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position isExempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Summary

The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) Executive or Senior Director of the Wellness Center has overall responsibility for leading and managing the operations of an integrated health and mental health clinic designed to meet the needs of all UCCS students. This includes day-to-day management of revenues and expenditures for an annual budget in excess of $3M long-range strategic and visionary planning departmental assessment risk management policy and procedure development and implementation training programs and developing collaborations that encapsulates all dimensions of wellness across campus and the community. The successful candidate will promote and cultivate an environment that values inclusiveness make decisions aligned with promising integrative care practices and promote professional development and learning. Typical workday is 8 AM to 5 PM with some evening and weekend hours required. Although this is a 100% in-person position with advanced planning there may be some occasional remote work opportunities.
