Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Computer Programmer to join our Atlanta GA team! This role focuses on sustainable transportation including electric and hydrogen vehicles. Were seeking someone who enjoys working on complex multi-disciplinary projects and collaborating with teams to achieve goals.
Role accountabilities:
This position primarily involves developing tools using Python and C etc. along with supporting tasks such as data management database queries and creating office documents like reports technical memos and PowerPoint include but not limited to:
- Developing tools using Python and C for time series analysis calculations and data summarization.
- Handling data management tasks building databases performing database queries and using other desktop applications.
- Preparing and delivering effective presentations participating in client meetings and collaborating with clients and subcontractors.
- Managing multiple unique assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Applying judgment to work details making preliminary decisions and adapting engineering solutions as needed.
- Be self-motivated team-oriented and flexible with the initiative to take on new projects and challenges regularly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Qualifications
- BS Computer Science or pursuing a degree in computer science or similar experience.
- Local candidates only (Atlanta GA)

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $17.00 - $31.00 / hour. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
